How do I return an item?

Products that are damaged or defective
Products that are received damaged or defective may be returned for a replacement. Please notify Customer Service at orders@organizedatoz.com. The following information must be included to process your return:

  • Contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the item that was damaged or defective

We will send you a pre-paid mailing label for you to send the item back to us. Once it is received we will send out your replacement right away.

Products you do not like or want after all or it did not fit your space

***NOTE: It is important that you take the time to measure the space in which you intend to use the product to ensure that it will fit as intended.***

If after receiving an item you simply decide you do not like it or want it any more you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less original shipping.

Please notify Customer Service at orders@organizedatoz.com. The following information must be included to process your return:

  • Contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
All items must be returned in resalable condition, that is with the original box, packaging (if applicable) and instructions or other papers. Once the item is received and deemed to be in its original condition we will begin to process the refund.You can expect to receive your refund check in approximately 30 days. The refund will be in the amount of the item only. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Please note, if you choose to return a product by simply refusing delivery and without notifying Customer Service, you will still incur the fees as described above. Your refund will not be processed until the item is received by us in its original resalable condition.
