My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is based on the total weight of your ordered products. We then process live rates from the FedEx and USPS. We only charge you what it will actually cost us to ship your order to your door. It is not our intent to make money on shipping.
 
All shipping methods are Home Delivery or Ground Service which ensures that your order will arrive in about 5-7 business days or sooner.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Products that are damaged or defective
Products that are received damaged or defective may be returned for a replacement. Please notify Customer Service at orders@organizedatoz.com. The following information must be included to process your return:

  • Contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the item that was damaged or defective

We will send you a pre-paid mailing label for you to send the item back to us. Once it is received we will send out your replacement right away.

Products you do not like or want after all or it did not fit your space

***NOTE: It is important that you take the time to measure the space in which you intend to use the product to ensure that it will fit as intended.***

If after receiving an item you simply decide you do not like it or want it any more you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less original shipping.

Please notify Customer Service at orders@organizedatoz.com. The following information must be included to process your return:

  • Contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
All items must be returned in resalable condition, that is with the original box, packaging (if applicable) and instructions or other papers. Once the item is received and deemed to be in its original condition we will begin to process the refund.

You can expect to receive your refund check in approximately 30 days. The refund will be in the amount of the item less original shipping costs. Please note, if you choose to return a product by simply refusing delivery and without notifying Customer Service, you will still incur the fees as described above. Your refund will not be processed until the item is received by us in its original resalable condition.

When will my order ship?
  In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.

In the event an item is out of stock at the time of order placement, we will typically ship all in stock items immediately and only back-order out of stock items. You will be notified via e-mail of any out of stock items and the estimated ship date.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
