Return Policy

RETURN REFUND OPTIONS:

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You choose from two refund options:

1.) Store credit (store credit good for one year!)

You will receive your store credit (minus original shipping costs) after we receive the item at the warehouse. 

2.) Refund to your original payment method (total of product less original shipping costs).

No matter which method chosen, you will need to pay to ship the item back for return.

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM, you MUST email us (info@organizedatoz.com) to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and directions for doing so. 


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, take photos of the damage/defect and email the photos to us at info@organizedatoz.com. Upon receipt of photos, we will provide you with directions for returning the damaged/defective item(s).


RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. There are a few items that cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Certificates
  • Clearance Items
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked Non-Returnable as indicated on the sale page before placing the order. 
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle, ie: 3 for $10 unless the entire bundle is returned.
