    I like this trunk tote a lot when I'm not using the 3rd row of seats in my vehicle and they are flat.  It is large enough to store lots of stuff, there is a divider to make the space inside more manageable, the side mesh pockets are handy, the velcroed bottom keeps it in place, and the side handles are great for moving it around.  However, when I need the 3rd row of seats, this organizer is too large to easily put on the floor in front of the seat without taking up all the footspace, and it's too big to fit in back of the 3rd row of seats.  For a minivan it's probably fine, but for a midsize SUV with the 3rd row of seats in use I'll probably need to either unload one of the sides of this tote, or take it out entirely.
