NOTE: In general there are two different ways that you can organize your papers; alphabetically or by category.
When files are created alphabetically there will be no consistency with respect to category. For example, the files may be: Auto , Banking, Credit Cards, Employment, Insurance, Investments, etc.
When files are created by category, then like subjects are filed together. For example, the files may be: Financial (includes banking, credit cards, investments, taxes, etc), Medical (includes receipts, medical insurance, records), etc.
